An NHS organisation needed to bring volunteer services together following organisational change, while creating a clear strategy for how volunteering could support wider service improvement.
What We Did
We worked with stakeholders to develop a practical volunteer strategy, strengthen governance and align services around a shared approach. We also supported the integration of volunteer provision following a merger.
Result
A clearer, more sustainable approach to volunteering, with stronger alignment across teams and a framework for continued development.
Challenge
A national charity wanted to grow the reach of a major public awareness programme. The ambition was significant — but sustainable growth depended on securing the right corporate partners and funding.
What We Did
We developed high-value corporate relationships, created partnership opportunities and supported national campaigns designed to increase reach and engagement.
Result
The programme grew to 170,000+ participants, while £2m in corporate funding was secured. Partnerships included M&S, Compass Group and BAM Construction.
Challenge
Post-pandemic court recovery required multiple criminal justice organisations to work together, with different priorities, responsibilities and pressures.
What We Did
We coordinated multi-agency projects, brought stakeholders together, chaired meetings, developed joint action plans and kept delivery moving across courts, prosecution, probation, youth justice and community partners.
Result
Stronger cross-sector collaboration supported court recovery and wider justice priorities, alongside £800k secured for domestic abuse perpetrator interventions.
